will natually guide you Queen Street. |

Parking
is surprisingly easy. During weekends it’s free & unrestricted
around Drummond Place at the bottom of Dublin Street. If you’re
really lucky there are 4 bays right opposite the studio on Dublin
Street. There are a few more 'end on' spaces further up the street.
During the week
Pay parking is restricted to 4 hours
NB.
Those right outside the studio are for Permit Holders only &
traffic wardens are 24hrs & merciless. There's also street pay
parking at the top of Dublin Street too but this is at a higher
rate & restricted to only 2 hrs.

Walk...
|
The closest
completely unrestricted parking is at Annadale Street or East Clermont
Street (see map) but you'll be lucky to find
a space....
The easiest unrestricted
parking is around the 'West Gate' of the Royal Botanic Garden. Just
stay on Broughton Street & follow it down (north) for a mile
or so. It becomes Inverleith Row at the bridge over the Water of
Leith (Canonmills). Turn left after 250 yds onto Inverleith Ter.The
far end is Arboretum Place (&the West Gate). If you choose to
park here... there's a lovely walk along the Water of Lieth (starting
50yds down from where Arboretum Av hits Inverleith Terrace) back
to Canonmills... From Canonmills Junction, just keep going up! Walk
up Canon St (behind the petrol Station)
& just keep going up - right though King George V park, , up
Scotland St, up again & round the
corner of Drummond Place is Dublin Street. 69 is at the bottom on
the left. |
